Business customers: we collect your name, email, business details and phone numbers to provide the service, and billing data through our payment processor, Stripe.

Your customers: when someone calls a business that uses SowPilot, we process their phone number and the text messages they exchange with that business, solely to deliver the service on that business’s behalf.

We use service providers for hosting, database, telephony (Twilio), payments (Stripe) and AI text generation. They process data only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
